Little Chick - Kornei Chukovsky (bìa cứng)

Little Chick lives on a farm. He is very small but he believes he is very big. Mother Hen loves Little Chick very much and she looks after him and tries to keep him safe. One day while eating worms they are both disturbed by Black Cat who chases Mother Hen. Little Chick, now all alone, meets a handsome cockerel and when he cock-a-doodle-doos Little Chick is very impressed. When Little Chick falls into a pond he tries to imitate the impressive cockerel's voice but all that comes out is a feeble cheep, cheep, cheep. Luckily Mother Hen is not far away and can rescue him.
